An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely by country, so please check with your local customs office directly to see if duties and taxes apply to your purchase. You are fully responsible for covering any customs fees upon receiving your order.

Usually it takes anywhere between 7-10 business days to fulfill an order after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
USA: 3–4 business days
Europe: 6–8 business days
Australia: 2–14 business days
Japan: 4–8 business days
Rest of the world: 10–24 business days.
Keep an eye out on your email, you’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.

All ArtsyByM Merch is made with love through a print-on-demand partner. Depending on where you’re located, your order will be printed and shipped from the facility closest to you to reduce shipping times and environmental impact.

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know within 7 days of receiving it by emailing studio@artsybym.com

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If this happens, please let us know within 7 days of receiving it by emailing studio@artsybym.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts. We have one for every item listed in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at studio@artsybym.com within 7 days after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

Because each product is made to order, we can’t guarantee cancellations once your order is in production. If you’ve made a mistake or need help, please contact us immediately at studio@artsybym.com and we’ll do our best to assist if your order hasn’t yet gone into fulfillment.
